  • Demonstrated knowledge of instrument decontamination, cleaning, assembly, and sterilization processes

  • Ability to follow infection control guidelines with impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in handling sensitive instruments and equipment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, disinfect, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments in alignment with quality assurance standards
  • Maintain accurate records of processed items and sterilization cycles
  • Support inventory management by tracking, restocking, and reporting supply needs
  • Perform routine testing and maintenance of sterilization and decontamination equipment
  • Adhere strictly to all regulatory policies and safety procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with surgical and clinical staff to ensure timely delivery of sterile supplies

$1,331 - $1,408/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
