Take on a rewarding leadership opportunity overseeing central sterile supply and surgical suite inventory within a dynamic healthcare environment. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a passion for driving process excellence, improving departmental performance, and leading high-performing teams in sterile processing.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of sterile processing experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a management role
  • Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)
  • Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL)
  • BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and motivating a diverse team
  • Exceptional strategic and organizational skills
  • Ability to oversee around-the-clock operations, including responsibility for call, holidays, and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct department operations, ensuring smooth 24/7 functionality
  • Lead business intelligence and process engineering initiatives for Central Sterile Supply and Surgical Suite inventory
  • Collaborate closely with operational and clinical leaders to optimize inventory visibility, operational efficiency, and process improvement
  • Oversee technology initiatives and system enhancements to streamline department workflow
  • Manage staff development, daily operations, and systemwide process improvements
  • Coordinate product recalls, supply substitutions, and inventory controls to ensure patient safety and efficient resource utilization
