Schedule:
- Two openings: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
- One opening: 11:00pm – 7:30am
Key Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in sterile processing required
- Current BLS certification and Sterile Processing Technician certification mandatory
- Proven strong communication, reliability, and attendance
- Ability to follow directions and interact positively within a large clinical team
- Eager to participate in ongoing training and skills development
What You’ll Do:
- Clean, decontaminate, sterilize, assemble, and distribute surgical instruments and equipment according to strict protocols
- Ensure all supplies meet internal and regulatory standards of cleanliness and sterility
- Accurately document sterilization processes, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, surgical teams, and other medical professionals
- Respond promptly to urgent requests for supplies or instrument sets to support surgeries and procedures
- Adhere to all safety, infection prevention, and control guidelines
