Take the next step in healthcare leadership as a Sterile Processing Manager overseeing Central Sterile Supply and Surgical Suite inventory for a busy medical facility. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to drive operational excellence and lead a talented team in a healthcare environment committed to continuous improvement and patient safety.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Department operates 24/7—responsibilities may include oversight during call, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of sterile processing experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
  • CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) required
  • CHL (Certified Healthcare Leader) required
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to manage and develop teams
  • Strong background in process improvement, business intelligence, and operational strategy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily operations for Central Sterile Supply and Surgical Suite inventory
  • Lead department strategy for business intelligence and process engineering, with a focus on maximizing efficiency, process improvement, and system visibility
  • Manage, mentor, and develop sterile processing staff to foster a culture of safety and collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
  • Coordinate recalls, supply substitutions, and technology initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and operational leaders to facilitate optimal inventory management and drive financial and operational performance
