  • Current certification as a Sterile Processing Technician (CRCST or equivalent)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain precise documentation
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull equipment and work on your feet for extended periods

Responsibilities:

  • Properly clean, decontaminate, package, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment
  • Operate and monitor sterilization equipment according to protocols and regulatory standards
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all instruments meet facility safety and cleanliness standards
  • Assemble and organize instrument trays for surgical and procedural use
  • Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles, equipment maintenance, and inventory
  • Adhere to strict protocols for infection control and patient safety throughout all workflows
