Key Qualifications:
- Certification and licensure as a Perfusionist.
- In-depth knowledge of extracorporeal circulation and cardiopulmonary bypass techniques.
- Experience with a wide variety of cardiovascular procedures.
- Strong understanding of hemodynamics, blood gases, and laboratory principles as they relate to perfusion.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor heart-lung machines, oxygenators, and related devices during open-heart surgery.

- Monitor patient vitals and recognize changes that require immediate intervention.
- Calibrate, set up, and ensure the readiness of perfusion equipment.
- Participate in preoperative planning and postoperative patient management as required.
