Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification as a Clinical Perfusionist
• Demonstrated proficiency operating cardiopulmonary bypass machines
• Recent experience supporting cardiac surgeries in a hospital setting
• Excellent critical thinking and quick decision-making abilities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Operate heart-lung machines and related equipment during open-heart surgeries and other cardiac procedures
• Monitor and manage patients’ physiological parameters while maintaining a sterile environment
• Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure smooth surgical operations
• Prepare and maintain perfusion equipment to the highest safety and technical standards
• Accurately document all pertinent data and procedures as required
