Clinical Pharmacist in Addison, TX

This role is ideal for a clinical pharmacist with infusion experience seeking a contract-to-hire opportunity in Addison, TX. The primary responsibility is clinical management of patients, with rotation through production tasks to support pharmacy operations. The position requires dedication to patient care and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• On-call rotation every 7th weekend and approximately three weekdays per month, working 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. during those periods

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical management of patients, ensuring comprehensive pharmaceutical care
• Participate in production activities as part of rotation to maintain proficiency and support pharmacy workflow
• Engage in on-call rotations to respond to clinical inquiries and patient needs promptly

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Texas Pharmacist License is mandatory
• IV Certification required
• Proven experience with infusion pharmacy services
• Willingness to obtain Oklahoma Pharmacist License within six months of hire
