This opportunity is for an experienced clinical pharmacist with infusion expertise to provide comprehensive patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The role involves primarily clinical patient management, with some rotation through production duties, ensuring a well-rounded pharmacy practice experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinically manage patient medication therapies to optimize outcomes
• Participate in production activities as part of rotation
• Handle on-call rotation roughly every 7th weekend and about three times per month during weekdays
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and therapeutic effectiveness

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Valid Texas Pharmacist License (mandatory)
• Intravenous (IV) Certification
• Significant infusion pharmacy experience
• Commitment to obtaining Oklahoma Pharmacist License within six months of hire
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex patient cases

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Standard hours 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• During on-call rotation, shift changes to 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• On-call rotation is approximately every seventh weekend and three weekdays monthly
