Location:

• Addison, TX

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Standard hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• On-call rotation: every 7th weekend and three weekday shifts per month, shifting hours to 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM during on-call periods

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold a valid Texas Pharmacist License
• IV Certification is required
• Proven infusion experience is essential
• Willingness to obtain an Oklahoma Pharmacist License within six months of hire

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical management of patients to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes
• Participate in production activities as part of a rotation schedule
• Respond to on-call duties as scheduled, providing clinical support during extended hours
