Clinical Pharmacist - Adin, California

An opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist to provide expert pharmacy services at a healthcare facility in Adin, CA. This role involves working within a clinical environment to ensure safe and effective medication use and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
