Clinical Pharmacist - Anaheim, CA

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Clinical Pharmacist within a large county hospital system known for comprehensive inpatient care. Location: Anaheim, CA

Schedule:

• Primarily 8-hour shifts
• Flexibility required for 1st and 2nd shifts; occasional 3rd shifts may be needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active pharmacist license in good standing
• PGY1 residency preferred or about 2 years of current inpatient clinical pharmacy experience
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
• Ability to pass a competency exam on the first attempt
• Successful background screening (Livescan)

Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient clinical pharmacy services, including medication review and medication therapy management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory pharmacy standards
• Participate in on-site interviews and demonstrate clinical competence
• Engage in a temporary assignment with the potential for permanent placement

Additional Details:
