This position offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Clinical Pharmacist within a large county hospital system known for comprehensive inpatient care. Location: Anaheim, CA
Schedule:
- Primarily 8-hour shifts
- Flexibility required for 1st and 2nd shifts; occasional 3rd shifts may be needed
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active pharmacist license in good standing
- PGY1 residency preferred or about 2 years of current inpatient clinical pharmacy experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
- Ability to pass a competency exam on the first attempt
- Successful background screening (Livescan)
Responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient clinical pharmacy services, including medication review and medication therapy management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory pharmacy standards
- Participate in on-site interviews and demonstrate clinical competence
- Engage in a temporary assignment with the potential for permanent placement
Additional Details:
