A clinical pharmacist role is available in outpatient oncology infusion at a leading cancer center located on the Santa Monica campus. This contract position offers the opportunity to apply specialized oncology and chemotherapy knowledge in a dynamic healthcare environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Shift variability between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services within the cancer center pharmacy setting.
• Manage outpatient oncology infusion therapies with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize chemotherapy treatment plans.
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records to document, coordinate, and review patient care.
• Ensure compliance with institutional guidelines and regulatory requirements for oncology medications.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent, hands-on outpatient oncology clinical infusion experience.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system is required.
• Solid knowledge of chemotherapy protocols and cancer pharmacotherapy.
• Strong communication skills to effectively work within an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to adapt to variable day shifts within the specified time frame.
