Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts with variable days/afternoons (4 10-hour shifts per week)
• Flexible availability for first and second shifts; occasional third shifts may be required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services in the inpatient environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize and ensure safe medication therapy
• Participate actively in patient care rounds, supporting clinical decision-making

Desired Qualifications:

• PGY1 residency is strongly preferred, though all candidates with strong inpatient experience will be considered
• A minimum of two years’ recent inpatient pharmacy experience
• Valid pharmacist license and current certifications as mandated
• Ability to successfully pass a competency examination (one attempt only)
• Successful completion of a background Livescan check
