Join a specialized contract opportunity as a Clinical Pharmacist focused on Home Infusion services in Ann Arbor, MI. This role is designed for pharmacists with solid experience in sterile compounding and home infusion therapies, committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a clean and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and verification of sterile compounds prepared by technicians within the clean room.
• Ensure compliance with USP <797> and <800> standards to maintain safety and quality.
• Provide clinical consultations and support to patients receiving home infusion therapy.
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Michigan pharmacy license.
• Proven experience in home infusion pharmacy practice.
• Expertise in sterile compounding, preferably in a home infusion setting.
• Familiarity with USP 797 and 800 sterile compounding standards.
• Experience with Care Tend pharmacy computer system is a plus but not required.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

This contract position spans approximately 8 to 13 weeks, with signed agreements required before starting.
