Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Duration: 8 to 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation and verification of sterile compounded medications produced by pharmacy technicians in a controlled clean room environment.
• Ensure adherence to USP 797 and 800 standards for sterile compounding and handling hazardous materials.
• Provide clinical consultations to home infusion patients, addressing medication therapies and ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the home infusion team to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Michigan pharmacy license is required.
• Prior experience in home infusion pharmacy is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise with sterile compounding, preferably within a home infusion setting.
• Familiarity with Care Tend software preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of USP 797 and 800 standards for sterile preparation.
