Looking for your next inpatient travel assignment? We're seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist for a 13+ week contract at a 160 bed community hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative pharmacy team while gaining experience in a well established acute care setting.
Position Details
- Contract: 13+ weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: 40 hours/week, shifts between 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd or 4th Saturday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Competitive weekly pay

Responsibilities
- Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
- Consult with physicians and nursing staff on medication therapy
- Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
- Ensure safe and compliant inpatient pharmacy operations
- Utilize EPIC and Pyxis throughout daily workflow
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
- Recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
- Experience using EPIC and Pyxis
- Chemotherapy exposure/experience
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
