Clinical Pharmacist in Arlington, TX

This opportunity is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with specialized expertise in infusion and patient care management. The position offers a contract-to-hire pathway, providing the chance to showcase clinical acumen in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Standard hours: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• On-call rotation hours: 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• On-call duties occur every 7th weekend and approximately three times a week

Location:

• Arlington, TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive clinical management of patient therapies, ensuring safe and effective medication use
• Participate in production duties, rotating through various pharmacy operational tasks
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Current Texas Pharmacist License (required)
• IV Certification (required)
• Demonstrated infusion pharmacy experience
• Willingness to obtain Oklahoma Pharmacist License within six months of hire
