Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert clinical management for patient therapy to optimize outcomes.

• Participate in on-call rotations every 7th weekend and approximately three weekday shifts monthly, adjusting work hours from 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. to 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. during these periods.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Texas Pharmacist License required.
• IV Certification is a must, with proven infusion experience.
• Willingness and ability to obtain an Oklahoma Pharmacist License within six months of hire.
• Strong clinical skills demonstrated through hands-on patient management.
• Adaptability to balance clinical and production responsibilities effectively.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, standard hours from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
