A clinical pharmacist role is available with a contract-to-hire opportunity, geared toward experienced professionals with infusion expertise. This position is based in Arlington, TX, and offers a structured Monday through Friday work schedule with specific hours adjusting during on-call rotations.

Location: Arlington, TX
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• On-call rotation (every 7th weekend and approximately 3 times per month during the week): 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical management of patients, focusing on optimizing pharmacotherapy and patient outcomes
• Participate in production rotation to support pharmacy operations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Texas Pharmacist License is required
• IV Certification mandatory, demonstrating expertise in infusion pharmacy
• Infusion experience is essential for managing complex therapy regimens
• Willingness to obtain Oklahoma Pharmacist License within six months of hire to support multi-state practice
