Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services within the hospital setting.
• Review and verify medication orders ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to hospital policies.
• Participate in medication safety initiatives and clinical rounds.

Qualifications:

• Current California Pharmacist license.

• Full-time immediate availability.
