Position Details
- Full-time, permanent Unit-Based Clinical Pharmacist
- Work primarily in the Emergency Department and ICU with opportunities to support the Antimicrobial Stewardship Team
- Variable day and afternoon shifts (primarily days), 8-hour shifts
- Meditech EMR
- Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis
Responsibilities
- Verify medication orders and perform medication profile reviews
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and provide clinical pharmacy services
- Manage pharmacist-driven consults and drug therapy monitoring
- Respond to emergency situations including stroke, sepsis, trauma, and cardiac arrest
Requirements
- BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
- PGY1 residency or at least 3 years of current clinical pharmacist experience
- Pennsylvania Pharmacist license or ability to obtain
