Schedule/Hours:

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient setting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes
• Utilize electronic health record systems, including Cerner, for accurate documentation and medication management
• Manage medication dispensing and inventory control using Pyxis systems
• Participate in medication reconciliation and patient education to ensure safe and effective treatment plans

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Pharmacist license for the state of Oregon is required
• Proven experience in clinical pharmacy, particularly inpatient care
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical records and Pyxis medication dispensing systems preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to support interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to adapt to variable scheduling to meet department needs

Contract Details:

• 13-week duration
• Contract assignment with potential for extension
