Schedule/Hours:

• Variable days and afternoon shifts

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient setting, ensuring safe and effective medication use.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient-specific medication plans.
• Utilize electronic medical records and dispensing systems, including Cerner and Pyxis, to monitor and manage medication therapy.
• Participate in medication reconciliation and clinical rounds to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Educate patients and staff on medication therapies and safety protocols.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Oregon Pharmacist License required.
• Strong background in inpatient clinical pharmacy practices.
• Proficiency with Cerner and Pyxis IT systems is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
