Join a rehab hospital pharmacy team dedicated to specialized care in TPNs and IV Antibiotics. This role is ideal for a clinical pharmacist ready to actively contribute and manage complex medication regimens in a focused rehab setting without an ER or OB.
Location: Bellevue, NE, with two additional openings in Omaha.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM
- Rotating weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee medication therapy, especially TPNs and IV antibiotics
- Collaborate closely with rehabilitation teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize the Altera Sunrise system for medication management (training provided)
- Provide clinical expertise for patients primarily on the rehab unit receiving around 3-hour shifts of care
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Nebraska Pharmacist License required
- Clinical pharmacy experience, preferably in a rehab or acute care setting
- Ability to quickly adapt and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity or willingness to train on the Altera Sunrise system
