An established home infusion pharmacy in the Greater Seattle Area is seeking experienced Clinical Infusion Pharmacists to support patients requiring complex and specialty medication therapies. This temp-to-hire position (13-week contract to start) provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic, clinical setting where collaboration with healthcare providers, nurses, and pharmacy staff is essential to delivering exceptional patient care.
Location: Tukwila, WA (Greater Seattle Area)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, No Weekends
Shift Options: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM or 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

Responsibilities:
- Review and verify medication orders for clinical accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Provide expert clinical oversight for infusion therapies, including specialty medications, biologics, antimicrobials, total parenteral nutrition (TPN), and compounded sterile preparations
- Assess and monitor patient-specific therapy plans to optimize outcomes
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy team members on medication management and therapy recommendations
- Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
- Support quality assurance and medication safety initiatives
- Maintain thorough documentation in pharmacy and electronic medical record systems
- Contribute to workflow optimization in a fast-paced infusion environment
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Washington State Pharmacist license
- Minimum two years clinical pharmacist experience preferred
- Previous experience in home infusion, inpatient, specialty pharmacy, sterile compounding, or ambulatory infusion settings required
- Strong knowledge of infusion therapies, IV medications, biologics, antimicrobial regimens, TPN, and sterile compounding practices
- Demonstrated clinical judgment, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a patient-centered, collaborative environment
