Step into a specialized clinical role focusing on home infusion pharmacy, supporting complex patient care through expert medication management. This position offers the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in infusion therapies within a dynamic healthcare setting. The role begins as a 13-week temp-to-hire engagement with the potential for a permanent placement. Located in Seattle, WA, it requires immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify medication orders to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Provide clinical oversight for infusion therapies, including specialty medications, biologics, antimicrobials, TPN, and compounded sterile preparations.
  • Evaluate patient-specific therapy plans and monitor clinical outcomes to optimize treatment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to guide medication management and therapeutic decisions.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Licensed Pharmacist with a clear and active Washington State license.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, preferably with direct involvement in home infusion pharmacy.
  • Demonstrated clinical expertise in inpatient, IV, home infusion, TPN, vancomycin, biologics, and compounding procedures.
  • Experience with specialty patient populations, including rare disease states and complex cases, is highly valued.
  • Residency in the Seattle area or willingness to relocate locally.
