A Clinical Infusion Pharmacist role is available in Seattle, WA, focusing on home infusion services with an immediate start. Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders ensuring accuracy, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide clinical oversight for infusion therapies, including specialty medications, biologics, antimicrobials, TPN, and compounded sterile preparations
• Assess patient-specific therapy plans and monitor outcomes to enhance treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals on medication management and therapy recommendations
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies

Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist in Washington State with a clear and active WA Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, preferably in home infusion settings
• Proven clinical expertise in inpatient, IV, home infusion, TPN, vancomycin, biologics, and compounding practices
• Specialty experience working with rare diseases and complex patient populations is highly desirable
• Must be local to the Seattle, WA area
