Clinical Pharmacist - Bixby, Oklahoma

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety.
• Manage the IV admixture program to support complex patient needs.
• Provide expert drug information to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Operations Manager to uphold departmental standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Valid and active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, to be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer, before direct patient care.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required for Code Blue response. Preferred:
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in inpatient hospital pharmacy.
