Clinical Pharmacist | Bixby, Oklahoma

An opportunity is available for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to enhance patient care through expert pharmaceutical services in a dynamic healthcare environment located near Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Schedule:

• 10-hour evening shift
• Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide appropriate, safe, and cost-effective pharmaceutical care including drug dispensing and IV admixture program management.
• Deliver accurate and timely drug information to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Operate under the guidance of the Director of Pharmacy and/or Pharmacy Operations Manager.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff to maintain seamless pharmacy operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer and prior to direct patient care.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required for attending Code Blue situations.

Preferred Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
