Clinical Pharmacist in Broken Arrow, OK

This full-time evening Clinical Pharmacist position in Tulsa, OK offers the chance to work in a dynamic hospital setting committed to excellent patient care. The shift runs from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, providing a consistent schedule to balance work and life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize pharmaceutical care by ensuring safe, appropriate, and cost-effective drug dispensing and management
• Oversee IV admixture programs and provide accurate drug information to the healthcare team
• Collaborate under the direction of pharmacy leadership, supervising pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff
• Participate actively in patient care initiatives, including attending Code Blue events when needed

Qualifications:

• B.S. or Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy
• BLS certification acquired within 14 days of hire or role transfer
• ACLS certification required to attend Code Blue situations Preferred Experience:
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience is advantageous
