Clinical Pharmacist - Broken Arrow, OK

A Clinical Pharmacist role is available in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, supporting patient care through expert pharmaceutical services. This position offers an evening schedule, with hours from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, totaling 10 hours per shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, appropriate, and cost-effective pharmaceutical care to optimize patient outcomes.
• Conduct drug dispensing and IV admixture programs.
• Provide accurate drug information to healthcare professionals.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff.
• Operate under the guidance of the Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

• B.S. or Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy.
• BLS certification, required within 14 days of hire or transfer and before providing direct patient care.
• ACLS certification, necessary for participation in Code Blue responses.

Preferred Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited college.
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
