Per Diem Clinical Pharmacist - Brooklyn, NY

Provide clinical pharmacy support in a busy outpatient setting within a vibrant Hasidic Jewish community. This per diem role offers scheduled weekend shifts with manageable prescription volumes and a supportive pharmacy technician team.

Responsibilities:

• Fill and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Conduct patient consultations to ensure proper medication use
• Manage pharmacy technicians during shifts to optimize workflow
• Administer immunizations under NY State immunization privileges
• Open and close the pharmacy according to protocol
• Utilize pharmacy software (Rx30 experience preferred but not required)

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Retail pharmacy experience, specifically with opening and closing procedures
• Active license to practice pharmacy in New York State
• NY State immunization privileges required
• Familiarity with Rx30 software is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently during assigned shifts

Location:

• Pharmacy located in Brooklyn, NY, serving a highly populated Hasidic Jewish neighborhood

Schedule:

• Per Diem weekend coverage needed with shifts as follows:
  • Saturday 5/16: 4pm–12am
  • Saturday 5/23: 4pm–12am
  • Saturday 5/30: 10am–6pm
