An opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in outpatient infusion services. This position involves working with the EPIC system and requires a strong background in hospital pharmacy, particularly in sterile compounding and IV preparation.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Contract Details:

• 6-month contract assignment
• Candidates must be able to commit to the full duration

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prepare sterile compounded medications in the infusion setting
• Ensure accuracy and safety in IV preparations
• Utilize EPIC system efficiently to manage patient medication records and orders
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and medication management

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year experience in hospital pharmacy
• Proven expertise in sterile compounding and infusion/IV room operations
