Clinical Pharmacist - Burlington, NC

This opportunity is for a licensed Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy operations at a large 650-bed teaching hospital. The role requires delivering comprehensive clinical pharmacy services in a fast-paced, hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, dispense, and distribute medications in accordance with hospital protocols
• Review and assess prescription orders to ensure safety and efficacy
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy
• Monitor patient outcomes and provide drug information to medical staff
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid pharmacist license with experience in clinical or inpatient pharmacy practice
• Strong knowledge of medication management and pharmaceutical care
