Clinical Pharmacist in Burlington, NC

A dynamic opportunity is available for a Compounding Pharmacist in the Greensboro, NC area with a 13-week temp-to-perm engagement. This role offers the chance to apply your specialized skills in a patient-focused environment while working a structured 40-hour week.

Schedule and Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Every third Saturday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 30-minute lunch break daily

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense sterile and non-sterile compounded prescriptions with precision.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to tailor pharmaceutical care to individual patient needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and effectively manage pharmacy inventory.
• Provide expert advice to patients to optimize health outcomes.
• Assist in the training and supervision of pharmacy technicians, fostering team development.
• Utilize pharmacy software similar to QS1 (training provided) to streamline prescription processing.

Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist in North Carolina.
• 1 to 2 years of pharmacy experience preferred; passionate new graduates with compounding interests are encouraged to apply.
• Solid understanding of USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines for compounding.
• Familiarity with retail pharmacy operations and prescription processing.
