An opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist to support an infusion pharmacy specializing in a diverse range of medication classes, including chemotherapy and oncology treatments. This role is based in Ventura County, offering a standard weekday schedule within a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, dispense, and review infusion medications with a focus on oncology and chemotherapy agents
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate medication therapy management
- Monitor patient responses and provide clinical guidance as needed
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Participate in quality assurance and safety initiatives related to infusion pharmacy services
Qualifications:
- Valid California Pharmacist license
- Experience with chemotherapy/oncology medications preferred
- Strong knowledge of infusion pharmacy operations and medication safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- No nights or weekend shifts
Contract Duration:
