A clinical pharmacist role is available at a medical facility in Alturas, CA. This 13-week contract position requires providing comprehensive pharmacy services with a focus on clinical pharmacy practices.

Responsibilities include reviewing and verifying prescriptions, ensuring medication safety and efficacy, collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy, monitoring for drug interactions and contraindications, educating patients and staff on proper medication use, and maintaining accurate pharmacy records.

Schedule:

• Varied days
• 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each, or 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each
