This opportunity is for a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in home infusion, supporting a contract lasting approximately 8 to 13 weeks. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and involves working in a home infusion environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation and verification of sterile compounded medications performed by pharmacy technicians in a clean room setting. The pharmacist will ensure compliance with USP 797 and USP 800 standards, providing clinical consultations with patients as part of comprehensive medication management.

Key requirements for this position are:

• Proven experience in home infusion pharmacy.
• Strong background in sterile compounding, preferably in a home infusion setting.
• Familiarity with USP 797 and USP 800 guidelines.
• Valid Michigan pharmacy license.
• Experience with the Care Tend computer system is advantageous, though not mandatory.
