This clinical pharmacist role focuses on home infusion pharmacy services, offering a contract opportunity based in Canton, MI. The assignment spans approximately 8 to 13 weeks, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and verification of sterile compounds performed by pharmacy technicians within a clean room environment
• Ensure compliance with USP 797 and 800 standards related to sterile compounding
• Provide clinical consultations to patients receiving home infusion therapy

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Michigan pharmacy license required
• Proven experience in home infusion pharmacy practice is mandatory
• Sterile compounding expertise is essential, with preference given to candidates experienced in home infusion settings
• Familiarity with Care Tend pharmacy system is advantageous but not required
