Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: April 6
Schedule:
- Five 8-hour shifts per week
- Days, evenings, and rotating weekends
Responsibilities:
- Perform typical inpatient pharmacy duties, including medication order entry, verification, and clinical review
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and quality of medication dispensing
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy and safety
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois pharmacist license (in-hand)
- Proven experience in inpatient clinical pharmacy settings
- Strong knowledge of medication order entry systems and hospital pharmacy operations
- Excellent communication and supervisory skills
