Join a dynamic healthcare environment as a Clinical Pharmacist providing critical inpatient services on an overnight shift. This contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care at a major medical center for 13 weeks, starting mid-June.

Location:

• Chicago, IL (main medical center campus)

Schedule:

• Overnight shift, 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Four 10-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inpatient clinical pharmacy duties including medication order verification and review
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and compliance with safety protocols
• Check and verify intravenous (IV) medications for appropriateness and accuracy
• Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system to document and review patient information

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with at least 1 year of recent inpatient clinical experience
• Proficiency with inpatient pharmacy operations and protocols
• Familiarity with the EPIC EMR system preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during overnight hours
