Clinical Pharmacist | Chloride, Arizona

A clinical pharmacist position is available in an outpatient pharmacy setting. The role involves ensuring safe and accurate dispensing of medications, supervising pharmacy technicians, and providing patient counseling to promote optimal pharmaceutical care.

Location: Chloride, AZ

Schedule:

• Variable shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, primarily 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Start Date: Mid July
Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Oversee pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow and compliance
• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and safety
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and facility protocols

Qualifications:

• Current Arizona pharmacist license required
• Minimum of 5 years’ retail pharmacy experience
