Clinical Pharmacist in Clifton, NJ

A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available for a 13-week contract assignment beginning September 8th. This role is based in Clifton, NJ, with a work schedule of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Candidates must be willing to travel or relocate, as applications from locals within 50 miles will not be considered. First-time traveler pharmacists are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting
• Utilize EPIC EMR systems to manage patient medication records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize drug therapy and ensure safe medication use
• Monitor patient outcomes and participate in multidisciplinary rounds

Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of inpatient clinical pharmacy experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
