A small, 25-bed hospital located in rural Illinois is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join their healthcare team on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential pharmaceutical care in a close-knit hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
• Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust therapies as necessary
