Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and enter medication orders with precision and clinical judgment
• Review medication profiles for appropriateness in specialized patient populations
• Provide clinical services and drug information as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams and patient care rounds in ED and CCU settings
• Conduct drug therapy monitoring and pharmacist-managed consults following protocols
• Engage in acute care scenarios such as cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, and trauma in the ED and critical care units

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required
• Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) residency or minimum 3 years of relevant clinical pharmacy experience
• PA pharmacist license preferred or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical knowledge with excellent communication and teamwork skills

Location: State College, Pennsylvania

Schedule:

• Variable days/afternoon shifts, primarily 8-hour day shifts

Information Technology:

• Experience with Meditech preferred
