A direct hire opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist at a 100-bed community hospital located approximately 1 to 1.5 hours north of Oklahoma City, in the vicinity of Cushing, OK.
Location:
- Cushing, Oklahoma (near Stillwater)
Schedule:
- Day-shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
- Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth pharmacy operations
- Perform pharmacokinetic monitoring and dosing adjustments
- Consult with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient medication therapy
- Utilize Meditech electronic health records system
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Current pharmacist license in Oklahoma required
- Some hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
