Clinical Pharmacist | Cypress, Texas

A position is available for a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist to provide specialized pharmacy services within a focused oncology setting. The role requires close attention to detail and a strong background in oncology pharmacy practice to support patient care through dispensing and thorough chart reviews.

Location:

• Cypress, TX

Schedule/Hours:

• 4 hours daily from June 8, 2026, through July 24, 2026
• Choose between two shifts: 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense oncology medications in accordance with protocols
• Conduct comprehensive chart reviews to monitor patient therapy and ensure treatment efficacy and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize oncology pharmacotherapy

Qualifications:

• Active Texas pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in oncology pharmacy practice
• Strong knowledge of oncology medications and clinical guidelines
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
