Clinical Pharmacist - Dallas, TX

This opportunity calls for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist with a strong background in infusion therapy to provide expert patient care and clinical management. The role is based in Dallas, TX, with a contract-to-hire structure, offering a dynamic work environment focused on clinical excellence and patient safety.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• On-call rotation every 7th weekend and approximately 3 weekdays per month
• On-call hours shift to 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. during scheduled rotations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage clinical aspects of patient care, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes
• Participate in production rotations as part of a collaborative pharmacy team
• Maintain vigilance in clinical interventions, medication reviews, and infusion oversight

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold a valid Texas Pharmacist License
• IV Certification is required to handle infusion processes effectively
• Proven infusion experience is essential to support specialized patient care
• Commitment to obtaining an Oklahoma Pharmacist License within 6 months of hire
