Clinical Pharmacist - Dallas, Texas

This opportunity is ideal for a licensed clinical pharmacist with infusion experience seeking a dynamic role in a hospital setting. The position involves primarily clinical patient management, with occasional rotations in production to support pharmacy operations. This contract-to-hire role offers a structured work schedule with on-call responsibilities designed to provide variety and professional challenge.

Location:

• Dallas, TX

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• Regular hours: 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• On-call rotation hours: 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• On-call duties every 7th weekend and approximately three evenings per month during the week

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current Texas Pharmacist License (required)
• IV Certification (required)
• Experience with infusion therapy
• Willingness to obtain Oklahoma Pharmacist License within six months of hire

Responsibilities:

• Clinically manage patients to optimize medication therapies and ensure safe, effective infusion treatments
• Rotate periodically into production to assist with medication preparation and dispensing
• Participate in on-call rotation providing clinical pharmacy support during designated hours
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
