A healthcare facility in Dallas, TX is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with specialized infusion experience to support patient care and pharmacy operations. This contract-to-hire role offers a dynamic schedule with clinical and production responsibilities.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• On-call rotation every 7th weekend and about 3 weekday on-call shifts monthly, working 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical management of patients, ensuring safe and effective medication use.
• Rotate responsibilities through pharmacy production to maintain operational flow.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Texas Pharmacist License and IV Certification are mandatory.
• Proven infusion experience required to support clinical demands.
• Willingness to obtain an Oklahoma Pharmacist License within 6 months of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
