A skilled Clinical Pharmacist with infusion experience is sought to support an outpatient/ambulatory division focused on oncology and infusion therapies. This 13-week contract position offers the opportunity to contribute clinical expertise in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough order review, dispensing, and verification of hazardous and non-hazardous medications for oncology and infusion patients
- Ensure safe and accurate preparation of chemotherapy and other infusion treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication regimens and safety
- Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system to document and manage medication orders effectively
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ infusion pharmacy experience; chemotherapy expertise considered a strong plus
- Valid Colorado pharmacist license in good standing
- Proficiency with EPIC system preferred
- Strong commitment to patient safety and adherence to regulatory standards

- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
