A specialty compounding pharmacy in Detroit, MI is seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist for a 4 to 8-week contract with the possibility of extension. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment focused on sterile injectables and compounded medications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying compounds and sterile injectables, ensuring accuracy and safety in every prescription. Managing a high volume of orders, you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards and supporting patient care.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and prepare compounded medications including sterile injectables
• Manage workflow to handle a high volume of prescriptions efficiently
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure timely and accurate medication dispensing

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Pharmacy License is required
