A growing closed-door Long Term Care pharmacy in Dublin, OH, is seeking skilled pharmacists to join their expanding IV pharmacy team. This direct hire opportunity includes two key positions: an IV Lead Pharmacist and an IV Staff Pharmacist, both critical to managing complex intravenous therapies.

Location: Dublin, OH

Schedule:

• IV Lead Pharmacist: 1st shift, flexible hours Monday–Friday, either 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• IV Staff Pharmacist: 2nd shift, flexible hours Monday–Friday, either 4:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m. or 6:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Ohio pharmacist license required
• Experience with sterile compounding, including hazardous drugs, TPN, and biologics
• Strong knowledge of USP 797/800 standards and regulatory compliance
• Expertise in managing complex medication therapies for chronic disease states such as oncology, immunology, and transplant
• Proficiency in clinical monitoring, patient education, and interdisciplinary care coordination
• Familiarity with pharmacy systems such as Frameworks is beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and dispense sterile IV medications in strict compliance with regulatory standards
• Assess drug orders for accuracy, safety, and clinical appropriateness; monitor patient response and therapy outcomes
• Educate patients on medication use, administration techniques, and potential side effects
• Maintain cleanroom environments and ensure all documentation meets quality and legal requirements
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and facilitate timely medication delivery
