An opportunity is available for a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to support inpatient care in a hospital setting, focused on ensuring patients receive safe and effective pharmaceutical treatment. This contract role is based in Chico, CA, at a well-established medical center, offering a 13-week assignment with day shift hours.

Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical judgment and professional pharmacy expertise to deliver optimal pharmaceutical care.
- Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems in alignment with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate within the pharmacy department to assure safe distribution of medications.
- Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically EPIC, for documentation and communication.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current, active Registered Pharmacist license in good standing with the State of California.
- Minimum of one year hospital experience in an inpatient, decentralized pharmacy setting.
- Proficiency using pharmacy-related computer programs and comfortable working within Windows environments.
- Strong drug knowledge with proven clinical judgment skills.
