Clinical Pharmacist - Evanston, IL

Location:

• Evanston, IL (West of downtown Chicago)

Schedule:

• Days, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform typical inpatient pharmacy duties, including medication checking and verification
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Conduct IV medication checks to maintain safety standards
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system effectively for documentation and communication

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient pharmacy experience
• Strong understanding of clinical pharmacy practices in a hospital environment
• Proficient in using EPIC EMR system
