Clinical Pharmacist - Evanston, IL

A healthcare facility is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support its inpatient pharmacy operations on an overnight shift. This contract assignment is scheduled to begin on June 15 and will last approximately 13 weeks.

Location: Evanston, IL
Schedule:

• Overnight shifts
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Responsibilities:

• Perform typical inpatient clinical pharmacy duties
• Verify medication orders and check intravenous (IV) preparations
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for medication management and documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient pharmacy experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Strong knowledge of inpatient medication protocols and safety standards
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
