A prominent opportunity is available for a Clinical Infusion Pharmacist specializing in home infusion therapies. This temp-to-hire role, located in Seattle, WA, offers a dynamic environment where clinical expertise and patient-centered care converge to optimize infusion treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide clinical oversight for a broad range of infusion therapies, including specialty medications, biologics, antimicrobials, total parenteral nutrition (TPN), and compounded sterile preparations.
• Assess individualized therapy plans and monitor patient outcomes to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support medication management and provide therapy recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

• Must be local to Seattle, WA.
• Active and clear WA Pharmacist license required.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience; home infusion experience highly preferred.
• Proven clinical experience with inpatient care, IV therapy, home infusion, TPN, vancomycin, biologics, and compounding is essential.
• Specialty experience managing rare disease states or complex patients is a strong advantage.
