Clinical Pharmacist - Everett, Washington

A Clinical Infusion Pharmacist opportunity is available in Seattle, WA, specializing in home infusion therapies. This temp-to-hire role begins with a 13-week assignment and offers a chance to impact patient care by managing complex medication therapies in a home setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and verifying medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance
• Providing clinical oversight for infusion therapies, including specialty medications, biologics, antimicrobials, TPN, and compounded sterile preparations
• Assessing patient-specific therapy plans and monitoring outcomes to optimize effectiveness
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals on medication management and therapy recommendations
• Ensuring adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies

Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist in Washington State (clear and active license required)
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience; home infusion experience is highly preferred
• Proven expertise with inpatient, IV, home infusion therapies, including TPN, vancomycin, biologics, and sterile compounding
• Experience in managing specialty medications, particularly for rare disease states or complex patients, is a plus
• Must be local to Seattle, WA or willing to work in this area
