Travel Inpatient Pharmacist Clinical | Fremont, California

Location:

• Fremont, CA (with work based at a premier children’s hospital in Palo Alto)

Schedule/Hours:

• Variable days and afternoons
• 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care to hospitalized pediatric patients
• Utilize EPIC software to manage medication orders, monitor drug therapies, and communicate with healthcare teams
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize medication management and patient outcomes
• Participate in clinical rounds, providing expert medication recommendations and education

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with inpatient hospital experience, preferably in pediatrics
• Clinical expertise in pediatric pharmacotherapy within a hospital setting
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
• Candidates similar to UCSF preferences are highly regarded: PGY1 residency graduates with strong work ethic and clinical skills
