Clinical Pharmacist in Galion, OH

An immediate opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy operations across two hospital sites with a combined total of 65 beds. This 12-week contract role requires flexibility with shift start times between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m., including working every fourth weekend.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee typical inpatient pharmacy duties, ensuring accurate medication dispensing and safety.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow and adherence to protocols.
• Provide clean room oversight, ensuring sterile preparation and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing teams to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records to manage medication orders and documentation accurately.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Ohio pharmacist license.
• Proven experience in clinical/inpatient pharmacy settings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor pharmacy staff.
